Application:

It is maninly used for delivery of materials with high abradabiltiy, such as cement slurry and mortar; for concrete placement by concrete pump truck terminal and slurry injection by piling rig.

The inner rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber with high abrasive resistance; the reinforcement layer is coppered steel wire tire cord with high strength; the external rubber cover is synthetic rubber with high abrasive resistance &aging resistance.

End Adapter:

Its size conforms to the adapter dimention standard of VICTAULIC, and can be connected with concrete pump trucks made by large professional manufacturers of concrete pump truck, such as PUTZMEISTER, SCHWING,SANY, FOTONLOVOL,ZOOMLION and XCMG.

The service life of rubber hose is much longer thanks to its high abrasive resistance; its desirous flexibility facilitates the operations of the users; the safety burst coefficient is more than 2 times, ensuring a maximum security; the rubber hose structure can prevent twisting; it is easy to wash, and can bear the reverse negative pressure during washing.

Production Length Tolerance: +/-64mm for hoses with production length below 6.4m; +1% for hoses with prodcution length above 6.4m.

The datum for meansuring the minimum bending radius is the central line of each hose.
